Unless otherwise noted, New City Arts features artists who live in the Charlottesville area including the city of Charlottesville and the counties of Albemarle, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa, Orange, Buckingham, and Nelson.
MaKshya Tolbert
MaKshya Tolbert is a poet, potter, and shade walker who recently made their way back to Virginia, where their grandmother raised them.
