On Thursday, March 9 from 7-9PM, Join New City Arts Fellow and sound artist, Rachel Austin, for a group vocal performance at Visible Records. For this sonic exploration, the public is invited to witness and/or join in at the live recording.
All are welcome and registration is not required for this performance. Interested, but can’t make it on the 9th? Rachel will hold another recording session on Saturday, March 11 from 7-9PM.
To get to the studio: Visible Records is located at 1740 Broadway Street. Parking is available.
During their New City Arts Fellowship, Rachel will record and create a sound composition using the pitches that are most common in the Visible Records building, and conclude with an interactive performance on empathy. Read Rachel’s bio here.
