The End: A Collage & Zine-Making Workshop with Sarah Lawson

Are you interested in exploring how the climate crisis is impacting our individual and collective ideas of death? Do you wonder what others think about the climate future and how it could change and be changed by the way we live and die?

On Thursday, October 20 from 7-8PM, join us for a free, hands-on collage and zine-making workshop led by Sarah Lawson (Fall 2022 Artist-in-Residence). During the workshop, we'll explore questions related to climate change, death, and grief through creative prompts and conversation. All materials will be supplied but please feel free to bring additional collage ephemera, as desired.

This workshop is now full. Email Lindsey if you would like to be notified if a space opens up.

Please note that this workshop is intended for mature teens and adults as it explores concepts of death and grief and may not be age appropriate for children.

Sarah Lawson is the Fall 2022 Artist-in-Residence.  A writer and visual artist, Sarah plans to combine the creative practices of collage and zine-making along with interviews and workshops to explore how the climate crisis is impacting individual and collective ideas of death and dying during their Research Residency.
