CANCELED: New City Arts & Crafts | March 2020

UPDATE: With the health and safety of our community in mind, we've made the decision to close Welcome Gallery and cancel New City Arts events through March 31. Staff are still working (from home), so feel free to email us if you have questions, need more puns, or just want to say hi.

You're invited to a special field-trip edition of New City Arts and Crafts, our monthly event for parents and kids. Join us on Thursday, March 19 from 3pm-4pm. We're going on a field trip to Sarah Cramer Shields' photography studio!

We'll get a tour of Sarah's studio, hear a few photography tips from her, and take some photos of our own. RSVP is required and space is limited. Learn more and register below.

This activity is inspired by Matt Eich's photography exhibit on view at Welcome Gallery until March 27, 2020. We can adapt this activity for ages 2-7, though younger children (including babies) are also welcome to attend. Questions? Email Lindsey at lindsey@newcityarts.org

Space is limited and an RSVP is required along with a $5 suggested donation for supplies per participant. To register, fill out this form

New City Arts and Crafts is sponsored by Tattly and supported by an Enriching Communities grant from the Charlottesville Area Community Foundation.
