Exhibition Opening for I Wish We Could Still Make Beautiful Paintings Of Muscular Horses

Join New City Arts at Welcome Gallery on November 4, 2016, from 5:00-7:30PM for an opening reception for I Wish We Could Still Make Beautiful Paintings Of Muscular Horses, featuring paintings by Hank Ehrenfried.

The oil painting “One very magical forest in the night” by Hank Ehrenfried, an abstract painting with two larger halves of the canvas symmetrically divided into a dark burgundy and pastel pink and small strokes of a vibrant yellow and a dot of green.

This opening is part of Charlottesville’s First Friday Art Walk. The event is free and open to the public. All ages are welcome.

New City Arts First Fridays at Welcome Gallery is presented by Northwestern Mutual and sponsored by Foggy Ridge Cider.

Located at 114 3rd St. NE, Welcome Gallery is downtown, storefront art space in Charlottesville, VA, run by New City Arts Initiative, a non-profit community arts organization. This same location houses NCAI staff offices and a studio space.
