John Alexander and Diane Ober have been singing shape note music for over 20 years. This is an old form of a cappella singing with pre-colonial origins in the U.S. One of our fascinations with this folk form is welcoming newcomers who can then share our joy and enjoyment of this accessible and rich tradition.
