Frank Phillips, his wife Meg, and daughter Bess, live in North Garden, VA. Phillips works at St. Anne’s-Belfield, is Chair for the Visual Arts, and teaches Drawing, Painting, and 2D Design. He received his BA with High Honors from Hobart College, and his MFA from MICA.

His paintings have been featured in publications like Architectural Digest, Serena & Lily, and Steven Gambrel’s Time & Place.

Collections include Cape Kidnappers, Capital One, Accenture, the Quirk Hotel, and the Boar’s Head, to name a few.

Phillips is represented by Bond Millen, Hidell Brooks, and The George Gallery.
