The New City Artist Exchange is an annual, artist-led New City Arts program that brings together local artists to create and exchange a unique set of artworks with one another. Led by Mara Sprafkin, New City Arts, and Paul Handler, the New City Artist Exchange builds community by increasing awareness of Charlottesville art among the local artist community and facilitating a network of artist peers
