Mixed Media Embroidery Workshop with Amanda Wagstaff & Mary Lamb

Learn basic embroidery techniques and explore hand stitching on unexpected materials with artists Amanda Wagstaff and Mary Lamb on Tuesday, June 11 from 6:30-8:30PM. Space is limited. Learn more and register below.

Fabric, handmade paper, and found photographs will be available or bring your own work in progress. All skill levels welcome. 

To register, simply fill out this short form by Monday, June 10. This workshop is offered on a sliding scale of $5-$10.* Donations can be made by cash, check, or card at the workshop. If you have any questions, email Lindsey@newcityarts.org.

*This donation helps us cover the cost of materials. 

Located at 114 3rd St. NE, Welcome Gallery is downtown, storefront art space in Charlottesville, VA, run by New City Arts Initiative, a non-profit community arts organization. This same location houses NCAI staff offices and a studio space.
