Exhibition Opening for Situated Knowledge

From October 1-28, 2021, New City Arts presents Situated Knowledge, an exhibition featuring sculpture by Marisa Williamson, Sandy Williams IV, and Patrick Costello. This exhibition is presented by The FUNd at CACF and sponsored by Lisa M. Draine.

This opening is part of Charlottesville’s First Friday Art Walk. The event is free and open to the public. All ages are welcome.

COVID-19 Visitor Policy: In order to accommodate families with kids under the age of 12 who are not yet eligible for a COVID-19 vaccine, and in accordance with CDC guidance, masks are required at all times for all visitors.

Located at 114 3rd St. NE, Welcome Gallery is downtown, storefront art space in Charlottesville, VA, run by New City Arts Initiative, a non-profit community arts organization. This same location houses NCAI staff offices and a studio space.
