Join us for a cyanotype and collage workshop led by June/July exhibiting artist, Ruby Zielinski. We will learn how to print cyanotypes, make collages, and sketch together - using the sun as our source of energy.
This workshop is free, and all materials will be provided. All ages welcome. No sign up is required, and no prior experience with cyanotypes or collage is necessary.
Come back on Saturday, June 27 for Stitching A Garden: A Book Binding Workshop, part two of Ruby’s workshops. Participants will use what they make in this workshop to produce booklets.
Ruby Zielinski’s solo exhibition, Think Like A Gardener, is on view at Welcome Gallery through Wednedsay, July 15. This exhibition is supported by The FUNd at CACF and the Bama Works Fund of Dave Matthews Band at the Charlottesville Area Community Foundation.
