You're invited to join us on Thursday, October 8 and make Welcome Gallery your office for the day. We'll be open for co-working from 10AM-5PM with coffee, pastries, great internet (Thanks, Ting!), tables and chairs, plenty of plugs for laptops, and a microwave for your lunch (no shellfish, please). This event is free and open to the public. Registration is not required.
Stay for the whole day or for a couple of hours and enjoy the view of Take a Bath in It, an exhibition of new work by Arc Studio artists Maude Brown, Julia Manley, Dottie Swangin, and Selina Thurston.
Please note, this is an open and shared gallery space. It will be a great place to read, write, or work quietly—but it isn't the best place for virtual meetings or calls. Visitors are welcome to take calls outside the gallery.
Located at 114 3rd St. NE, Welcome Gallery is downtown, storefront art space in Charlottesville, VA, run by New City Arts Initiative, a non-profit community arts organization. This same location houses NCAI staff offices and a studio space.
