March 2018 New City Arts and Crafts

You're invited to New City Arts and Crafts, our monthly drop-in event for parents and kids at Welcome Gallery. This month's event will be held on Friday, March 23 from 10am-11am featuring Grit coffee and snacks (for adults and kids) and Tattly temporary tattoos (for adults and kids). Together, we'll use lines to make art for the fridge inspired by Frank Phillip's exhibit.

10-10:15 AM: Get settled, get coffee, get a snack, and put on a temporary tattoo.

10:15-10:45 AM: Craft time!

10:45-11 AM: Circle up for reading time

We can adapt this activity for ages 2-5, though younger children (including babies) are also welcome to attend.

New City Arts and Crafts is an opportunity for you to see the exhibit while meeting other families in the community and providing a creative outlet for kids, all over a morning cup of Grit coffee. Staff will be on site, but you are responsible for any guests or children you may bring.

By March 21, RSVP is required using our new form. A $5 suggested donation is suggested at the door or online in advance. New City Arts and Crafts is sponsored by Tattly and Grit Coffee.
