Giftmaking At Welcome Gallery 2018

Pull your own screenprint or make your own block-printed wrapping paper at Giftmaking at Welcome Gallery! Thanks to Thomas Dean and Ashley Walton for designing artwork for this year's giftmaking event. Stop by any time between 10 AM and 2 PM on December 8. Admission is free.

A beige infographic with blue and orange shapes reads: "Gift Making at the Gallery: Saturday December 8, 10AM-2PM, Welcome Gallery." Smaller, light-blue colored text reads: "Pull your own screen print!" and "Make your own block print wrapping paper!"

Screenprints are $10 per print and feature artwork by Thomas Dean. We'll provide paper, but feel free to bring t-shirts, totes, aprons, etc. to print on.

Wrapping paper is $5 per participant and includes up to 3 pieces of wrapping paper. Block stamps will be designed and pre-cut by Ashley Walton. Participants are invited to block print their own gift wrap.

Out of the Shadows, an exhibition of paintings and prints by Uzo Njoku, will be on view at Welcome Gallery.

Bring the whole family—kids are welcome!
