Exhibition Opening for Out of the Shadows

Supported by UVA Arts & the Office of the Provost & the Vice Provost for the Arts, New City ARts presents Out of the Shadows, an exhibition of paintings and prints by Uzo Njoku. Join us for an exhibition opening on December 7, 2018, from 5:00-7:30PM. There will be an artist talk at 6:00PM.

This opening is part of Charlottesville’s First Friday Art Walk. The event is free and open to the public. All ages are welcome.

This Welcome Gallery Exhibit Opening Reception is sponsored by UVA Arts & the Office of the Provost & the Vice Provost for the Arts, Sugar Shack Donuts & Coffee, Ting, and a Bama Works grant.

Located at 114 3rd St. NE, Welcome Gallery is downtown, storefront art space in Charlottesville, VA, run by New City Arts Initiative, a non-profit community arts organization. This same location houses NCAI staff offices and a studio space.
