Join New City Arts on February 5, 2016 from 5:00-7:30PM for an opening reception for the New City Artist Exchange at Welcome Gallery, featuring original works by Charlottesville artists Alyssa Pheobus Mumtaz, Cate West Zahl, Kristen Finn, Ken Horne, Laura Dillon Rogers, Lily Erb, Roger Williams, Ryan Trott, Sarah Boyts Yoder, and Tobiah Mundt.

The event is free and open to the public. All ages are welcome.

Located at 114 3rd St. NE, Welcome Gallery is downtown, storefront art space in Charlottesville, VA, run by New City Arts Initiative, a non-profit community arts organization. This same location houses NCAI staff offices and a studio space.
