Join New City Arts at the WVTF & Radio IQ Studio Gallery on September 4, 2015, from 5:00-7:00PM for an opening reception for Rain Dye, new work by Charlottesville artist Jess Lee.

This opening is part of Charlottesville’s First Friday Art Walk. The event is free and open to the public. All ages are welcome.
