Join New City Arts at the WVTF & Radio IQ Studio Gallery on March 3, 2017 from 5:00-7:00PM for an opening reception for Papillon, new paintings by Charlottesville artists April Sanders and Gina Langford at the WVTF & Radio IQ Studio Gallery, in partnership with UVA Arts.
