Ben Frye is the Director of Engineering at Dow Jones, where he manages mobile development for the Wall Street Journal app. He focuses on building reliable, usable products and supporting engineering teams as they deliver updates to millions of readers.

Ben first got involved with New City Arts as an attendee, and later as a participating artist through the Artist Exchange and Fellowship programs. He’s also a photographer, with a focus on street and concert photography that captures everyday moments and public spaces.

He lives in Charlottesville, where he spends his time taking photos, going to concerts and art openings.
