Join us for an exhibition opening on November 1, 2019, from 5:00-7:30PM for cloudwatching, an exhibition of works on paper and sculpture by Anna Morgan. This exhibition is presented by New City Arts and supported by UVA Arts & the Office of the Provost & the Vice Provost for the Arts. Anna Morgan will give an artist talk at 6:00PM.

Located at 114 3rd St. NE, Welcome Gallery is downtown, storefront art space in Charlottesville, VA, run by New City Arts Initiative, a non-profit community arts organization. This same location houses NCAI staff offices and a studio space.
