You're invited to join us on October 9 and make Welcome Gallery your office for the day. We'll be open for co-working from 10AM-5PM and will provide coffee, snacks, great internet (Thanks, Ting!), tables and chairs, plenty of plugs for laptops, and a microwave for your lunch (no shellfish, please). Plus, you’ll have a great view of Mimm Patterson’s exhibition, Small Stories about a Woman Named Barbara.
Please note, this is an open and shared gallery space. It will be a great place to read, write, or work quietly—but it probably isn't the best place for virtual meetings or calls. Visitors are welcome to take calls outside the gallery during their workday.
Stay for the whole day or a couple of hours. This event is free and open to the public. Registration is not required.
Located at 114 3rd St. NE, Welcome Gallery is downtown, storefront art space in Charlottesville, VA, run by New City Arts Initiative, a non-profit community arts organization. This same location houses NCAI staff offices and a studio space.
