Interested in applying to be a New City Artist-in-Residence or to exhibit your work at Welcome Gallery? New City Arts invites you to visit the gallery, studio, and office space during our open house on Wednesday, May 11 from 8 AM - 6 PM. New City Arts is located at 114 3rd St. NE on the downtown mall, next to Fleurie Restaurant.
