Exhibition Opening for Four Artists: Would

Join New City Arts at Welcome Gallery on April 1, 2016, from 5:00-7:30PM for an opening reception for Would, featuring four artists working with wood in playful ways through mixed media, sculpture, printmaking, and drawing. Curated by Charlottesville artist, Victoria Williams, the artists include Merijn Hos, Sarah Hughes, Leif Low-Beer, and Travis Robertson.

An untitled abstract sculpture by Leif Low-Beer. Some nondescript everyday objects and blocks of wood are precariously and whimsically arranged into a tower-like structure and adorned with drawings and collage.
