Join New City Arts at the WVTF & Radio IQ Studio Gallery on February 6, 2015, from 5:00-7:00PM for an opening reception for Elements, new encaustic works by Charlottesville artist Amanda Smith.

This opening is part of Charlottesville’s First Friday Art Walk. The event is free and open to the public. All ages are welcome.
