New City Arts exhibitions at Welcome Gallery are free and open to the public. Welcome Gallery supports artists who live in the Charlottesville area including the city of Charlottesville and the counties of Albemarle, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa, and Nelson.

Welcome Gallery is located at 114 3rd St. NE on Charlottesville’s downtown pedestrian mall and is accessible by public transit. Free, 2-hour, street parking is available on Market Street.
